2. Informational nature
The site’s content — descriptions, images, renders, areas, amenities, locations and prices — is informational and indicative. Images may be illustrative and depict the finished project. Specifications, inventory, prices and terms may change without notice and are confirmed with an advisor before any reservation. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
3. No advice or investment guarantees
The information is not individualized legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Tsalach does not guarantee returns, appreciation or occupancy. Before buying, we recommend reviewing the project documentation and engaging your own advisors.
4. Purchase process
Reservations and transactions are formalized in writing with the relevant developer or owner under applicable law. Tsalach acts as a marketer and is not a party to contracts you enter into with third parties, unless expressly stated.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, renders, design and code belong to Tsalach or their owners and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without prior written authorization.
